These vouchers were created at the request of my parents to gift my niece and nephew as stocking stuffers. They asked that each $15 voucher be labeled with a month (as they only get one a month) and an element to easily decipher to whom they belong.
I decided to make each set in my niece or nephew’s favorite color (blue and pink, respectively) and place their names where the year would normally be. For an added sense of fun and familiarity, I included my parents’ Apple Animojis as the faces on the faux bills. It was a great challenge!
This was a gift I created for my husband when we spent our first holiday together. The octopus has a special representation of his time in the Navy, so I decided to sketch out a cross-stitch design, chose the thread colors, and found an expired porthole to use as the frame.
This reimagined LA Dodgers logo was inspired by my dad’s love of our hometown team. The concept combines the two well-known logos for the Dodgers: the intersected “LA” and the cursive “D.”
Inspired by memories of scratching black crayon off a paper to reveal a colorful pattern underneath, I created a series of airports and Formula 1 Circuit tracks by redrawing the winding roads with the Pen in Adobe Illustrator.
You can view more from the series here.
“Animal Dreams” is a poster I sketched and finessed that was inspired by the birth of my niece. The concept is based on the idea of young animals walking in the jungle at twilight.
MaidPro Pup was my first-ever marketing campaign I created and put together for franchisees to use during local guerrilla marketing events, and to drop off at dog daycare centers and groomers. The pup I drew is based off of the headquarters mascot, Rudy, a miniature dachshund wearing a MaidPro Pup sweater I designed as part of the campaign.
